  • Two, 60 – minute event planning sessions (office, and on location) to determine event theme (look, feel, environment etc)

  • Assessment of event needs (decorations, rentals, invitations, RSVP tracking, etc)

  • Assessment of who will manage event needs (client or Sutter Celebrations)

• Research for execution of event theme

  • Personal: Up to 5 hours of research and ideation for decorations, rentals, invitations, etc

    • Sent from Sutter Celebrations to Client for their execution

• Manage event RSVPs (process and communication – reminders to RSVP, day of communication, etc.) – where applicable and necessary

• Day – Of Event Management

  • Work with client representative and their team to execute event
